Speaker: Contaremos con la experiencia de Isabel Sánchez Sánchez,
Risk Management and ESG specialist at Volkswagen Bank.
A professional specialized in Banking and Consulting for Financial Institutions. She has held leadership roles at Volkswagen Bank and Banco Santander as Head of the Business Continuity Plan, Operational Risk and Portfolio Control. She served as Head of Risk Supervision and Control and Compliance at Banco Popular in Madrid. She has developed various projects in Planning and Control, Compliance, Banking Regulation and Supervision, carrying out market analysis to comply with EBA (European Banking Authority) and Bank of Spain regulations at different institutions as a KPMG Consultant.
She holds the SCR certification (Sustainability and Climate Risk) and master’s degrees in Capital Planning and Financial Markets, as well as a Master in Business Administration.
The main objectives of this workshop are:
- Understand in depth the impact and evolution of emerging risks in the business environment.
- Learn to develop effective strategies to improve operational resilience and the capacity to adapt to crises.
- Ensure compliance with key regulations such as DORA, ensuring cybersecurity and operational stability.
- Implement practical risk self-assessment (RSA) methodologies to identify and mitigate internal threats
