Summary

  • Membership: 100% refund if the request is made within 15 days of the payment; after that period the annual fee is not refunded.
  • If the Board of Directors does not admit your application, you are refunded 100% of the payment, with no deductions.
  • Training: refund if it has not yet been redeemed or used and the request is made within 7 days of the payment.
  • Multimedia products and downloadable documents are not refunded.

How to request a refund

Write to info@gestionderiesgo.org or use the Contactform, with the receipt or proof of payment. We evaluate the request within no more than three (3) days and let you know the result by email. We are available Monday to Thursday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM and on Fridays from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
