Accounts Review Committee 3 members and 2 alternates
It is the Club’s supreme authority. Its resolutions bind all members, whether or not they attended (art. 21).
Who is in it All members: founding, regular, honorary and sponsor members (art. 5). Today we are 300+ regular members and 43 sponsor members. It is chaired by the Club’s president, and the secretary acts as secretary of the Assembly (art. 24).
What it does Elects the Board of Directors and the Accounts Review Committee (arts. 26 and 29). Reviews the annual report, the accounts and the treasurer’s report, and approves or rejects the Board’s management (art. 26). May comment on or modify the annual budget approved by the Board (art. 26, letter e). In an extraordinary assembly it amends the bylaws, decides on dissolution and may remove Board members (art. 27). When it meets The annual ordinary assembly, no later than 120 days after the close of the fiscal year (art. 22). It requires the presence of half plus one of the members with voting rights (art. 23).

Read the bylaws
It is the Club’s management and representative body. It directs and administers its affairs and assets, subject to the law, the bylaws and the resolutions of the Assembly (arts. 28 and 38).
Who is in it From 3 to 15 members, always an odd number, elected for 4-year renewable terms (arts. 28, 32 and 33). Only founding and regular members of legal age may serve (art. 30). Today there are 15, 2026 to 2030 term.

Admits or rejects membership candidates and decides on complaints against members (letter n). Sets the fees and approves the annual budget, which it communicates to members within 15 days (letters m and q). May appoint from among its members an Executive Committee and delegate functions to it (art. 44). Reports to the Assembly every year (letter c). Balance of its composition No gender may have less than 40%, no segment of the sector more than 30% and no institution more than 15% (art. 30, paragraph I). It meets once a month (art. 35).
How it relates It is elected by the General Assembly. The Internal Management Committee and the Executive Committee depend on it.

Meet the fifteen members
Oversees how the Club’s resources are used and gives members confidence in its accounts.
Who is in it Three members and two alternates, for two years (art. 45), elected by the General Assembly (art. 29).
What it does Ensures the proper and transparent use of resources: attends the assemblies and Board sessions, and audits the treasurer’s financial reports (art. 47). Has a voice, but no vote, in the assemblies and in Board sessions (art. 47). If the Board is left without members, it takes over governance and calls an election assembly (arts. 34 and 47). What members receive Its report reaches members together with the notice of the Assembly (art. 22, paragraph I).
How it relates It is elected by the General Assembly and works alongside the Board without being part of it.

What it does It is a dependent body delegated by the Board of Directors for carrying out, following up and achieving the strategic objectives. General regulations of the working committees, 2025
It is the committee that the Board appoints from among its members to carry out the functions it delegates (art. 44). It directs and organizes the Club’s overall operational planning.
Who is in it From 3 to 5 members, who choose from among themselves those who serve as Director and Secretary of the Committee (art. 44, paragraph II). Under the 2025 committee regulations, it is chaired by the Executive Directorate, with a support team.
What it does It carries out the functions of the Board that the Board expressly delegates to it, with the favorable vote of two thirds of the Board (art. 44). It oversees the operational and administrative structure that carries out day to day what the Board has approved (art. 19, paragraph I). It decides by majority. If there is no consensus, the president calls the Board to resolve (art. 44, paragraph III). What cannot be delegated to it Presenting to the Assembly the annual budgets, the settlement of fees and the closing accounting documents of the fiscal year (art. 44, paragraph I).
How it relates It is appointed by the Board of Directors. The Executive Directorate reports to it, directly or through it (art. 20).

It runs the Club’s daily operation and carries out what the Board of Directors approves, under the supervision of the Executive Committee (art. 19, paragraph I).
Who is in it The Executive Director, Stephanie Hernández, and her team: analysis and research, training, finance and accounting, legal, administration.
What it does Proposes administrative policies to the Board and directs the Club and its staff (art. 20). Carries out and monitors approved projects and budgets, and reports periodically. Drives the admission of new members and maintains the relationship with sponsors, institutions, media and trade bodies. Coordinates events and oversees the performance of the working committees. How it relates Reports to the Board of Directors, directly or through the Executive Committee, and oversees the working committees.

These are the groups where members analyze each type of risk. They are created by the Board and overseen by the Executive Directorate.
Who is in it Each one brings together 5 to 25 members and is led by a coordinator with a co-coordinator, who rotate every year. A member can be in a maximum of 3.
What it does They prepare position papers and follow regulatory initiatives. They propose training, discussions, articles and technical events. They collaborate on the Annual Risk Conference. By type of risk Support How it relates They are overseen by the Executive Directorate. They are created by the Board of Directors.
