If you pay by bank transfer, the payment is considered received once the finance team verifies your proof of payment. Prices are expressed in the currency indicated for each transaction (currently US dollars).<\/p><\/section>\n<section id=\"entrega\"><h2>Delivery and activation<\/h2><p>Our products and services are digital; nothing is shipped. When the payment for full membership is confirmed you receive your membership number by email; when the Board of Directors ratifies your admission you receive access to the Members Area. Training activities and events are confirmed by email according to the conditions published on each activity\u2019s page.<\/p><\/section>\n<section id=\"cancelacion\"><h2>Cancellation<\/h2><p>You can cancel a payment before leaving the checkout environment, for example by clicking \u201cCancel\u201d on the payment page. In that case you are not charged. Once the payment is completed, the refund policy applies.<\/p><\/section>\n<section id=\"solicitar\"><h2>How to request a refund<\/h2><p>Write to <a href=\"mailto:info@gestionderiesgo.org\">info@gestionderiesgo.org<\/a> or use the <a href=\"\/en\/contacto\/\">Contact<\/a>form, with the receipt or proof of payment. We evaluate the request within no more than three (3) days and let you know the result by email. We are available Monday to Thursday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM and on Fridays from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.<\/p><\/section>\n<section id=\"membresia\"><h2>Membership refunds<\/h2><p>The membership payment is refunded in full (100%) if the request is made within 15 days of the payment. After that period the annual fee is not refunded, in accordance with the Club\u2019s <a href=\"\/en\/estatutos\/\">bylaws<\/a> (art. 17), which establish that withdrawal does not entitle the member to a refund of the amounts paid.<\/p><p>If the Board of Directors does not admit your application, you are refunded 100% of the payment, with no deductions.<\/p><\/section>\n<section id=\"formacion\"><h2>Training and events<\/h2><p>Training products purchased on the CGRRD payment platform are refunded if they have not yet been redeemed or used and the request is made within 7 days of the payment. If the Club cancels an activity, it will let you know the options available, including a refund.<\/p><\/section>\n<section id=\"noaplica\"><h2>What is not refunded<\/h2><p>Multimedia products and downloadable documents are not refunded, nor are products that expressly state that they cannot be exchanged or returned or that do not comply with the policies of the CGRRD or the associated institution.<\/p><\/section>\n<section id=\"forma\"><h2>How and when refunds are made<\/h2><p>Refunds are made by the same means by which the funds were received and may take up to 15 business days, depending on the policies of the card-issuing banks. Cash refunds are not made.<\/p><p>The fees generated by the refund transaction are deducted, except when the Club does not admit the application or cancels the activity. The policies of the brand of the card used or of the institution associated with the product may also apply.
