The number of board members must be odd (arts. 30 and 33).<\/p><\/li><li><h4>Board election<\/h4><p>Candidacies are submitted in writing 15 days before the Assembly, with at least one year as an active member, and to be re-elected one must have attended 75% of the meetings (art. 32).<\/p><\/li><li><h4>Budget<\/h4><p>It is prepared and approved by the Board, which communicates it to the members within 15 days. The Assembly may comment on it or modify it (arts. 26 and 38).<\/p><\/li><li><h4>Fees<\/h4><p>The amount of regular members\u2019 fees is approved by the Board. Supplementary fees are set by the Ordinary Assembly (art. 12).<\/p><\/li><li><h4>Assemblies<\/h4><p>The annual ordinary assembly is held no later than 120 days after the close of the fiscal year, with 10 days\u2019 notice and the option of a virtual or hybrid format.
